Any funds received from a minor are not usable and will be returned.

1.3 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If the same person or members of the same family operate multiple accounts from one household address, it will be considered a policy violation.
02Account Registration
To open an account on kd333, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any false information provided at the time of registration may result in account termination.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kd333 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to provide documents or submission of forged documents may result in account suspension or termination. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.
03Deposits and Withdrawals
kd333 provides secure financial transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh and bank transfers.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for each method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made only from a method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals will be processed only via the same method used for the deposit and in the account holder's own name.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or held if KYC is not completed or suspicious activity is detected.
3.3 Financial Security

04Bonuses and Promotions
kd333 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are important to read carefully.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:
- The first deposit must be made right after registration.
- The total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered at least 10 times (wagering requirement: 10x).
- Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is met.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
4.2 Ongoing Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse
If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, kd333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
05Game Rules
Various types of games are available on the kd333 platform, including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Fair play is ensured across all games.
5.1 Bet Limits
Each game has a minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly stated in the game interface. Bet limits may differ when playing with bonus funds.
5.2 Technical Errors

06Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.

07VIP Program
kd333's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Special benefits and weekly cashback are provided at each tier.
7.1 VIP Tiers
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
7.2 Tier Changes
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Staying regularly active and playing consistently opens up the opportunity to move to a higher tier.
7.3 Cashback Payment
Weekly cashback will be credited to the account at the start of each week based on the previous week's activity. Additional wagering requirements may apply to the cashback.
